1. Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, request a free demo, email us, or call us, we collect what you choose to send. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your project.

If you become a client, we also collect the material needed to build and run your website: logos, photos, copy, business hours, service areas, account access you choose to share, and billing details. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This comes from standard server logs and analytics.

We use this to understand which pages are useful, to spot errors, and to keep the site secure. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

3. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. The site works without them.

Where we use third-party analytics, that provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is sold or merged, client and contact records may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Data on websites we build

If we host or maintain your website, visitors to that site may submit their own information through its forms. That data belongs to you, our client. We access it only to operate and support the site, and you are responsible for the privacy policy shown on your own website and for how you use the information you collect there.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and reputable hosting, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the message or by replying and telling us.

If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, tell us when you contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

10. Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other sites

Our site links to other websites, including the sites we have built for clients. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not control.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The effective date at the top will tell you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
