Is there a contract?
No. Everything is month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. We would rather earn it every month.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site comes down and the system stops running, the same as any subscription. Your domain stays in your name and we export your full customer list to you on request, no questions asked. Nothing you brought with you is held hostage.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The monthly price is the whole price. We take the risk on the build because we expect you to stay.
How long does it take?
Seven to ten days from the day you send us your details. Bigger custom projects take longer and we will tell you exactly how long before we start.
Do I see it before I pay?
Yes. We build a working version and walk you through the whole thing. If it is not right for you, you have not spent anything.
I already have a website. Can you use it?
Usually we rebuild it. Most sites we are handed are slow, hard to edit, or missing the parts that turn a visitor into a phone call. Your content and your domain come with you.
Is the automatic replying actually a robot?
The instant reply and the common questions are automatic. Anything that needs a real answer comes straight to you, and you can take over any conversation from your phone at any time. We set the wording so it sounds like your business.
Do you use my phone number?
You get a business number that forwards to you, so your personal cell stays personal. If you would rather use your existing number, we can work with that too.
What about texting rules and spam laws?
We handle the registration and the compliance side so your messages actually get delivered and you stay on the right side of the rules.
Do you do SEO?
The basics are included: your Google Business Profile, your pages, and your local search setup done properly. Deeper ongoing SEO work is available and quoted separately.
Do you run ads?
For some clients, yes. It is quoted rather than listed because what it costs depends on your market. Ask on the call.
Do you only work in Michigan?
